Bubble Soap

A true story of a Palestinian girl born and raised far far away from her homeland....But all through the years of her life she had only one dream

She was only 4, mummy was watching the news when tears rolled down her cheeks....."Naughty TV" the little girl exclaimed hitting the TV, mummy smiled in spite of tears"Why did you hit it sweetheart?" "It made you cry mummy, I hate to see you crying" answered the little girl
Mummy's eyes were full of grief and pain, she held me closer, looked in my eyes and with a low but a determined voice she explained "It's not the TV honey, I miss our homeland.....The Zionists stole our land, they banished us and we can't get back". Surprised I interrupted her sighs "Why can't you get back? Did they lock the door and refused to open?" Tears started flooding down, mummy's voice seemed remote "PALESTINE....The holy land...our land, it's not far away from here but we just can't go, Zionists invaded Palestine, claiming it's theirs and banished us....They occupied the land and killed the home landers"

Although she was only 4, she felt longing and hurt.....longing to the land she never ever stepped. Days passed but the girl can't stop thinking of this land, her land PALESTINE....She kept on asking about Palestine, about their home, their family everything every little detail her little mind can grasp and the more she knew the more she yearned to get back.

One day while playing with bubble soap an idea hit her mind..."Bubbles can fly nothing can stop them, I'll whisper my greetings and prayers to Palestine and send them with the bubbles, the Zionists won't see them" she smiled in victory and with every sun rise she blew her bubbles filled with love to Palestine.

BUT!!!!!!!!
Will this girl ever get back home to Palestine the holy land of peace and harmony?
The dream of this girl together with every Palestinian
is and will always be
PALESTINE
OUR LAND....NOT THEIRS
OUR RIGHT
THE PAST and THE FUTURE

The little refugee is still waiting for the day when she can get back home!!!
